I can’t see why you have the 2 hour time slots and deliver 4 hours after the latest expected time, poor chap struggled to off load my dishwasher on his own when I had paid for a 2 man delivery with the appliance company. My new dishwasher has a large gouge in the door and I now have to take that up with the supplier. Merry Christmas. I choose a 'flexi' slot, 4 hours, which is the cheapest. At 10am on the delivery day I get a text giving me a 1 hour slot in that 4 hour window. They have always been accurate, except one time the driver rang me to ask if he could come earlier.
